Finally Taking My Content Creator Journey Seriously (Intro Post)
If you’re anything like me, you’ve wanted to be a content creator for quite some time but have always found an excuse not to go all in.
My goal of becoming a content creator started in 2019 after I gave birth to my first daughter.
At the time, I followed a handful of bloggers who earned an income online while staying home with their kids. And If I’m being honest, I wanted that too.
I began creating content online with hopes of building a large enough following to earn enough money to help support our family (and my shopping habits), have a flexible schedule to attend every school event, and not miss any of my children’s milestones.
But, oh boy was I in for a rude awakening.
Content creation is not for the faint of heart. You have to truly be passionate about what you’re doing to continuously show up and create content even when you’re not motivated.
I started creating content on YouTube, but not consistently, because I didn’t have a strategy and honestly I started for the wrong reasons. I just knew I wanted to be a content creator share parts of my life online and make money while doing so.
I soon realized that if I wanted to go all in on my content creator journey, I needed to find another way to make money and still have the flexibility to work from home with my children.
Content creation could not be my only source of income because it takes time to build a loyal community.
So, I did what I do best, RESEARCH.
I’ve tried a few remote jobs, including teaching English online, virtual assistant, social media manager, and project manager!
After some trial and error, I’ve found a career path that allows me to have a career with a significant income and a flexible schedule so that I can start focusing on creating content again, this time for FUN.
If I make money, great; if not, it’s not a big deal because I still make a living as a project manager. I’ll be sharing tips for working moms on balancing mom life, careers, hobbies, and self-care.
Why now?
I still have this itch to create content full-time while balancing a full-time job.
For the past five years, I have been working from home with my kids in many different capacities. I’ve noticed that not many women share their experiences and tips for managing mom life as a full-time working mom while also balancing their hobbies and self-care.
So, I started documenting life as a full-time working mom and sharing project management tips on YouTube, and I have grown a community of 3,900+ women.
Through this blog and my social media, I plan to continue growing my community and inspiring moms to live well-balanced lives. We don’t have to choose between being a good mom, our careers, hobbies, and self-care. With the proper routines and structure, we can have it all.
I hope you’ll join me on this journey!

Hello! I hope you’re having a great day. Good luck 🙂
Thank you!
